In collaboration with the Okinawa Tourism Board, Red Phoenix ideated and executed the ” Rip Trip in Okinawa City” travel campaign to promote Okinawa as a basketball hub and attract international tourism. Campaigned include NBA All-Star Rip Hamilton and Mo Evans exploring Okinawan idyllic scenes, local foods, and exchange with the local basketball community.
Identified, negotiated, and secured the appearance of Rip Hamilton and Mo Evans. As the point company, RP negotiated contracts and handled logistics and language translations. RP organized the details for travel and acted as a guide to navigate Japan’s distinct cultural practices and traditions.
